I stayed at this hotel for some meetings that I had in the area. The staff was phenomenal. I really enjoyed bistro and bar staff, Traci and Adrianna. They were very patient and had great customer service.
The bartender Traci was had the best service out of any hotel bar I’ve ever seen. Come by and see him he. He’s been all over so he will make you feel at home no matter where you’ve been.
Great hotel, friendly staff, parking deck right outside. Rooms were very clean and updated. However if you are a normal person you might want some ear buds. Event next door was like a concert outside your room from 9pm till 3:30am. Room walls you can hear everyone in the hallway and outside the building. Nothing hotel staff can do.
Our room was nice. The lobby and bar area were fantastic. The issue was the hallway of fkoor we were on. Stains on the wall. One door had been busted in and not repaired so it was creepy to walk by. Carpet was dirty... The staff were amazing! We were there Christmas night and the next. They were super friendly and extremely helpful.
Great location. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars and ice cream. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly.
The service was amazing everyone at the front desk as so friendly and accommodating. The room was freshly cleaned. No complaints. I will get images the next time I stay there because I'm definitely coming back.
Rooms are clean and neat. The lobby area is very nice (and was decorated for Christmas while we were there). The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to places to eat and drink. Some rooms have a great view of the square.
This is such a nice hotel!! Staff is super friendly and rooms are big and comfortable. Downtown Lagrange is also fairly walkable so easy to explore around hotel too!!
